Iv been building stuff for years but just got my first plasma table it is a 5x10 arclight table I look forward to learning this thing inside and out. I'm sure I'll have questions for the experts on this page. Everything iv seen so far is great information.

If you are looking for files just use the search function in the upper right.

Thanks for the tip. Iv tried downloading afew files from here but my computer will not download them it keeps saying something about needing to set a default app I'm not super computer savvy so I need to figure that out.

I'm sure a member will chime in with a fix, cannot think of what is causing it. windows normally does it easy after a folder has be assigned. Maybe you anti-virus is blocking them.

Are you able to download the files at all? Is the « default message » shown when trying to download or when trying to open them?

I think you may need to assign your CAM software as the default application to open the dxf files. If you have never used them before, it wouldn’t be surprising that you get that message.

Goto your download folder and see if the ones you have already downloaded are there and right click « open with » then search for your cam software.

It pops up with the message right away. I'll go into settings and try to change it thanks for the input.

Welcome! Yes, it sounds like your PC is set to OPEN download's rather than just SAVING them and is looking for an application to open them with. What Mako said above will work so open up and have fun!

Welcome aboard!! I don't have my machine here, it is in Lake Placid where our new house is.. But it was here in palm bch for a while.. I stay in aprt and work here during the week then head back home for weekends.. Staying in Wellington not war from ya.. Maybe we can hook up some time
