Starfire controller and Thermal Dynamics Plasma

Howdy,

I bought a Starfire controller and cnc plasma table from a guy on ebay who has since disappeared. Does anyone know how to hook up the control wires to a Thermal Dynamics 85 Automatic plasma? I figured out the on/off wires, need help with "ready to move" and voltage sensor.

When I send a cutting program the torch moves but the plasma keeps trying to fire and does not touch down to the metal for the correct torch height.
