New member with homebuilt 4x8

Hi all,

New member with a home built 4x8 with water table

Table design was inspired by the magnum 7 design

Electronics consist of...
4- gecko 201x
axbb-e ethernet controller
uccnc software
neuron lite thc with floathead and ohmic
hypertherm 65

took about 2 months to build. I had to learn fusion 360 to design all my parts.
Gantry is mostly aluminum with extrusion for the beam. It is powered by 2 - nema 34 650oz/in
x axis is a nema 23 438oz/in
z axis is a nema 23 250oz/in.

Rack and pinion driven through gt2 belt drive.
X rides on 2 20mm linear rails
y rides on 2 35mm rails
z slides on 12mm linear rods

I may do a build thread if i can find more pictures, i meant to take a bunch throughout the build but forgot
heres what i have for now...

I plan to share files and contribute to the forum when i can. Glad to have a community to be apart of.

Man thats a nice build, I have a Chinese built table with linear rails helical racks pretty much the same setup as yourself
I am in the process of converting it to uccnc as the starfire controller it came with is junk
