Welcome aboard, many here happy to help, with a varied group there is lots of experience to other find what is causing their problems.
What you may have is there is a small opening in the drawing, when I think this is happened I use SheetCam to help finding them. When you have the drawing and you are doing the cut plan, click on the icon for showing the start position. Each start position is indicated with a s with a number, if you cannot change the position of each start to another location on the cut path it is an open path. Then you can go back to Inkscape and close the gap by using the node tool. You select the 2 nodes where the gap is and use the connect node tool. To select the 2 nodes click on one then hold down the shift key and select the other. both nodes should be blue, then use the connect node tool to join the path.

Thank you For such a fast response your information has taught me something new I opened up an operation and could change my start point that will at that point I produced a test plateOf random size holes on a square plate and ran the program it will not cut a complete hole it will shut the torch off just before the end of any cut but it is size proportionate what I mean by that is if you have a hole that’s a certain size it will shut off before the end of that hole just as any other hole that size and the outer plate will stop short of being complete 6x6 plate Torch shut off 1 inch before the end of movement I must’ve not checked some box somewhere it is to Precise I’m running a nvem control board

Ok does the torch continue to move before raising up to go to the next start location. Are you saying that the larger the cut operation the farther from the end the torch quits and the torch continues to move to the end of the operation. One thing you can try is single stepping through the G-code without the torch on. Look to see if a M5 command comes before the end of the cut operation.

Yes the torch Continues to move just as it should And I step-by-step through the G code and it looks right m5 is the last command before any z rise to next location and What I meant on the size of the portion uncut was just not random it had uniformity between holes And the torch is shut off at the end of every cut the same distance like 1.5 inch holes were the same as each other and the .75 holes were just alike always just not complete like C c

I don't see much out of the normal, is the post processor labeled backlash compensation because you have a floating head. I don't remember using that post processor when I used a floating head switch. another thing I find interesting is the z speed after the pierce being F6 as very slow, mine is F60. I am not saying that is your problem very slow. I would try a different post processor.
