Hello everyone,
I own a small shop with a CNC plasma cutter, started 6 months ago and currently owning a 45a and a 65a from Hypertherm, the 65a is mounted on a 3.2x2 meters CNC Table with 3 axis.
Looking forward on learning more about cutting those holes properly and to price my services since many people told me im working very cheap.

What is the table manufacturer name? What software are you using? What do you plan to cut with this table?

Welcome aboard! Where are you located? Perhaps you could share some photo of your cnc table setup and tell us more about it. What material and thickness are you cutting that is giving you problems with your holes? Here is some information that might help.

Hey Joe, nice to meet you, the table is custom made and im currently cutting from 2mm thickness up to 25, I even managed to cut 30mm twice, but RIP consumables. I'll attach some photos of what I ve been cutting and the holes issue.

Hi David, here are some of the pictures, when doing holes im using 60% of the speed recommended by the hypertherm charts and starting from the center of it to stabilize the torch.adbuch wrote: ↑Sun Jun 26, 2022 8:04 pm Welcome aboard!
