Hello Andrew here from Australia,
I’ve just purchased and in the process of setting up a Plasmacam cnc plasma with Samson 510 table. I’ve been fabricating metal art, Ute trays and canopies for a few years now but want to improve using CNC plasma cutting.
Looking forward to picking up a few tips ands tricks.

Welcome Andrew. Lots of Plasmacam users here with tips and tricks that will help you out. Best of luck and post some pics of your projects if you get a chance. Always interesting to see what others are doing.

Are you using DesignEdge software, or the older "PlasmaCAM 3.11" software?

Is your computer connected to the Internet?

I offer FREE online training for DesignEdge, via ZOOM video conferencing. If you need some help learning the software, I can help you. I also have some 400+ You Tube videos on DesignEdge that you can watch if you choose. Just connect a headset to your PC for mic and audio. You don't need a webcam.

What is a "Ute Tray"?

Welcome to the forum Andrew! I am using the smaller Plasmacam DHC2 4x4 and it's most definitely a great cutting table. Assuming you are using Design Edge - Robert has some great instructional videos - the best I have seen! Feel free to ask any questions and there are quite a few '"Plasmacammers" here ready and willing to help you.
