Not cutting complete area out - Langmuir Crossfire
Hello can someone help me on why it’s not cutting the complete area out

I think we may need a little more information to help. i.e. what software and machines are you using? What is not cutting out?

Not sure I know how to post a pic but I’m using fusion 360 with Mach3. It will cut all but about 3/16 or so of a circle or any inside cur

ArcOK is a signal sent from the plasma cutter after the plasma arc has ignited and it is ready to begin cutting. It's usually hooked to an input on your controller so it knows when it can start the pierce delay timing and start motion. If the controller doesn't have this information it will probably start motion immediately after sending the fire signal causing the first part of the path to not cut.

Are you using a torch height controller?
How have you wired the plasma cutter to the CNC breakout board?
Do you have a sketch of the wiring

I have the crossfire table and Hobart cutter so do I have a breakout board

The crossfire appears to be a very basic CNC plasma table.
Looking at the online tutorials it appears that the only interface it had with the plasma cutter is the torch fire signal.
Given that is the case you will have to guess the arc transfer time (probably ~ 0.1 second)
And you will need to allow for the pierce delay.
The plasma table is very basic as you manually set the z axis height at the cut height.
Which Hobart cutter do you have?
What material thickness are you trying to cut?

I think Robertsparks is correct. I notice that in your picture that you do not have a lead-in cut. If you have it set to zero, set it to .188" and see if this fixes it. The torch is likely moving during the pre-purge just before the torch fires. You may need to increase your "time to pierce path" delay to account for the brief pre-purge that occurs before the torch fires. I was having a similar problem last year and that did the trick for me.
One of those two settings should do the trick. Option 2 is probably better tho..

since you said the cut is not completing a circle or curve, I don't think it is related to the pierce delay at start up.
Is you Mach 3 software registered , or are you using the free version? The free version has a limit of how many lines of code it will read. I found that it would cut most of a small part and then stop. depending on how long your g code is it may cut most, but not all of the program.
If you are still having trouble whit this, send me the fusion file and the g code tap file and I'll see what I can figure out.

I think your problem is in "pierce delay" in Mach 3.
Search "millisecond " in the Langmuir forum and you will find full directions for the fix. It is a glitch between Windows and Mach3.
Basically you will switch Mach3 over to milliseconds and then use a pierce delay of 1000 for 1 second.
Many of us have had this problem with Mach3.

What he said. You need to watch the vids and set up your Mach 3 settings and get the settings for fusion correct if you are using fusion. When you post the g file make sure you set the time to at least .5 seconds since it looks like your cutter takes a while to spark up. Also it helps to fire your torch a few seconds before the cut in a piece that won’t be part of your work or off the metal for about a second. Before you press go. Just hit the torch fire button and switch it back off.
