CUSTOM MADE CHROME TRIM

Is there anybody out there that can design and manufacture some automotive trim for the rear of a Chevelle Z-16 or at least steer him in the right direction? A friend has been building this car but can't locate the proper trim for it. No used parts, no repops. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
