Start Shaphon THC

Has anyone run a startshaphon THC, the Chinese support is useless.

It is piercing at zero height an sticking to the sheet, then moving up to 'U' set height (voltage).

Machine is:
Hypertherm 65

being Chinese it may be compatible with scratch start

hello, I was having exactly that same issue, I have the start shaphon too, it was working great, but then I changed my plasma cutter and had to re adjust. can´t remember how I did it, but I know I came across a video on youtube that helped me. "Chinese cnc plasma start" problems fixed, easy to find , I know it helped me a lot. By the way I´ve had my start shaphon for about five years working great.
