Burnt edges when cutting stainless steel

This is combination from worn consumables and a contaminated air supply! Install an air dryer/ larger air filter/ bump that pressure up, and if you really want a nicer cut on smaller (less than 0.5") SS use an F5 gas or even pure Nitrogen at about 60% Feed Rate.
