help with file conversion on machine

Hi, im having trouble with a librecad drawing when i transfer it onto my machine. it comes through with a million pierce points, and kills the quality of the piece. Anyone know how to fix this? I appreciate any advice

Post your dxf file and we will check it out. Also more details about you machine would be helpful. What software are you using to create the cut paths (g-code) and to run the machine?

I am drawing in librecad, and using Pronest to put on a flash drive. My machine uses phoenix. It's a hypertherm HT2000 hyspeed. micro edge controller. also, how do i upload my files here?

I didn't find any problems with your dxf file. I simply linked it to eliminate all the intersections. See if this one works for you.

I count 163 pierce points after linking paths.
