Mach 3 no movement or torch fire

Computer crashed so i had a backup loaded mach 3 installed license and nothing no movement or torch fire. Its a old bulltear table with candcnc electronics. Checked ports and pins that looks good. Its been 10 years since i setup it up so dont really remember what the settings were. I went to website and watched the video on trouble shooting but not to helpful. Thanks
