Pierce count climbing on its own?

So as soon as I enable the machine my pierce count starts going up very quickly untill I jog the machine. Any idea why?

Wierd. Did this just start? Sounds like a wiring issue and a signal coming from somewhere it shouldn't. Have you recently moved the machine, installed anything new, or changed anything?

no i havent, but its stopped now so who knows
