Mach 3 - Galil DMC 4030 - Proma THC - No THC action

I have a table with Mach3, A Galil DMC4030, and a Proma 150 Compact THC Torch height controller.

The THC Test mode shows the IO working correctly in the Mach display, but no actual movement on Z. I've tried several different mach configuration combinations and none seem to make a difference. When THC is enabled, the Arc OK portion functions correctly, but still no up or down of the torch. Can anyone with Mach3 and the Galil motion plugin confirm that THC actually works with it?

I had the Galili THC plugin installed at first, and had to remove it to get the Arc OK and IO to show up correctly, as that plugin is intended to take arc voltage directly into the controller, not Up/Down signals (discovered after some more fumbling around in forums).
