Mach 3 setup in metric but moves in inches

Post by mctech »

Hi Every one.
I have a CANDCNC bladerunner with Mach 3. Has been going great for years. Yesterday it played up, i do everything in metric but now it seems to show G21 metric. Native units are mm's and motor tuning is mm per minute. I have tried everything i can think of but nothing seems to be working. I have switched off the computer and reloaded Mach 3 several times.
Any ideas please
Cheers

Thanks for the reply acourtjester.
Yes i have looked everywhere, i'll start fresh this morning. Maybe something will jump out at me. I might do a full reinstall again and then if that does'nt work i might get the computer checked for any little malfunctions.
Cheers Colin

Are you sure it is a direct distance ratio for the switch, or could the calibrations be off for the axis movements.
one inch equals 25.4 MM
