Help - Torch fires but no motion

My torch will come on if I manually turn it on in Mach 3 but when I load a file to cut (even old files that’s I’ve cut many times) the torch will fire but no motion from the table. The code just runs and the torch stays on. Earlier the torch was trying to fire and immediately cutting off but then I was getting motion out of the table. Not sure what to start looking at.

A lttile more info is needed: what THC are you using. I see you use MACH3 . Is this parallel port system or ESS Ethernet?

Sonds like you may be losing ARC OK . on SOME THC's motion is held after torch fires before motion is allowed .

I’m using dthc iv, and its ethernet.

I found a broken wire on my machine interface cable to the voltage divider on the pwm sensor. Fixed that but it now will fire and not move. The only way I am able to get it to work is to turn the torch off as soon as it fires and then turn it back on. It’s getting an arc ok signal so I’m not sure what’s causing it to not sense that it’s pierced and allow it to move.
