Could just open your g-code in a text editor and add the pause command at the appropriate line after the holes are complete.

I can add a snippet to pause the table..my question is how to get it to cut all the holes in ALL the parts first and then finish the parts
example: i nest 8 of the same parts and I want to cut all of the 1/2" holes in all parts at a certain amperage and then pause turn the amperage up and finish the parts cutting at a higher amperage

Move the holes to a new layer, i usually call it Holes or Inside
Select the outside cuts and move to a new layer , i usually call it Outside.
Set your pause between or pause it manually after the holes/inside layer is done and gantry is moving to the outside cuts.

that works for individual parts with holes but if i want to cut all the holes in all the parts first

I think you can set it up manually with the cut path rules.
Check out page 45 of the manual.

Option 2 would be nest all parts into a single DXF.

It works the way Rokcrler says, you just move from each part and do all the inside cuts then move back to the start and do all of the outside parts. You can even place a M01 when you want to do a pause between the inside and outside sections to change the amps. Generate a code snippet with a M01 and save it. then when you want to insert it do it the same as a cut sequence as shown in the image

I know this thread is kind of old. I have a project where I want to use my easyscriber first then cut out the rest of the project. I looked at Tom's screen shot above. I need to create a pause after the easyscriber is done scribing so I can remove the scribe tool and revert to torch cutting. Not sure how to create the "snippet" let alone how to get it in between the operations.

You go to the tool drop sown menu and select code, a menu will pop up and you enter the name and the code for that operation and save it.
Now while making you plan where you want to insert the code you click on the Icon shown and select the one you and from the list. I only have one so it shows when I click on the icon, just click on OK and it inserts it as the next line in the plan. You can insert it each portion of the plans you want as many time as you want, hit cycle start after you make the changes (amp set ect) to restart the cut operations each time.
