SheetCAM Mach3 Plasma Cutter G-Code Issue.

Dear Valued Member's, I am New in SheetCAM and this forum. Can you please help me to resolve my problem.

I'm having an Issue with my Newly Started CNC Plasma Cutter Machine projects. I have Installed SheetCAM TNG 6.0.28 for My Mach3 Non THC Plasma Cutting machine. I imported DXF file which is OK. The DXF works fine on LazyCAM.

But its generating Incomplete G-Code On SheetCAM.

When i try to simulate the Job it finished with Error...

I think, I followed every Configuration Steps. I am using "Mach3 plasma Post processor"

Do you have a feed rate in the tool that you are using, Your sample G-code shows a F of 1 and no axis for the move command.
In Mach 3 under the MDI page in the input box type G1 X 3 f 50 enter key that should move the X 3 inches/mm (your choice of measurement) at about a fair speed.

Check the feed rates in your cut operations. Additionally check the feed rate and plunge rate in your tool definition.

I am using a Offline Mach3 Software for simulation and "G1 X 3 f 50" Command working Fine under MDI. I just want to Generated a G-Code from SheetCAM and Run it on a live machine. G-Code Generated on LazyCAM Just working Fine on Machine for me.

My Tools configuration is as bellow..

Is your SheetCam licensed? I think I've seen this come up before and it was a licensing issue. I'd either post this on the SheetCam forum or email Les at SheetCam.

Is it a license Issue ?! I have Downloaded the Copy of SheetCAM Randomly sourced from internet...

My issue is solved. It was License Issue. I have downloaded the Trial Version and it works Fine Now
