Well,
here's another one in the series that I've been working on; Superman. Over the decades Superman has certainly held his own as far a popularity goes and with a number of images to chose from, this is the one I went with.
** As the drawing stands now, the image is roughly 24" long from cape to toe. I wouldn't suggest trying to reduce the size unless you have a laser cutter or a system that is very precise. That's due to some of the fine / small cuts and pieces that form part of the image. Needless to say, it's your call in the end...
Included in this set is a pic of the finished product, the B&W image it was taken from, the cut file in both DXF & PCM format and a pic of the connector I'm using on the back - see below.
Again, in this particular case I've gone with 16 gauge steel ( left over pieces from other projects ) which have in turn been cut, cleaned, powder coated and then glued in place.
I'm not sure if I mentioned it or not, but on the back side you could either weld / glue on flat washers and then a piece of wire to hang the part from... or in my case I've started using aluminum crimp connectors ...glued.. and then a strand of wire run through them ...
Enjoy !!!

Well done! Great use of cable crimp connectors.
