Garden fairy

Post by plain ol Bill »

Here is a .dxf or a garden fairy. It looks good in the wifes garden and probably would make a nice weather vane also. Enjoy.

Thanks for the great file Bill, I was looking for fairies for a long time now. Well found lots but not this nice. Have you got anymore of this style? It opened real good in AutoCad.

Metal Troll the fairy file was exported out of CorelDraw X4 in a Autocad V14 format. I have problems with some of the files that other folks throw up also but most work out. My suggestion - get Corel :?

PlasmaJoe I do have several other fairies - all I have to do is figure out where in the world I put those files  I'll look for them.

The DXF had lines on top on lines causing some errors. I cleaned it up a little for the people that are having problems....

I went back and rechecked the .dxf file that I posted and sure enough there were 2 duplicate outside outlines there. Evidently I had done some cut and paste in the file and did not eliminate the duplicated lines. Sorry bout that folks! I generally do not double check for double lines as Sheetcam finds and eliminates them automatically when you open a .dxf file in it.

Hi Bill,

Cut your garden fairy today. My daughter just loved it. I made it into a robe hanger for her. Thank you for the file. She just adores fairies.

Thanks for the pictures of your cut outs using my fairy! It is really nice to see someone else take a design and come up with completely different products. Great work on both of those.
