The original file was a pcm but there is a dxf version posted also. Try this one and see if it works

I'd like to know this too. I had a customer request one of these made out of 1/4" steel and 3'x3'. (meaning the flared ends would be 40" wide). It's going to take about 1&1/2 sheets of steel and will weigh over 300lbs. They also want it all welded out, not pinned together. Based on the cut calculator, I'm looking at charging about $950.

I sell a few here and there and get $250 for them using the original size our of 3/16" steel, cut down to 19" long on the sides.

Here's the beast made from 1/4" plate. 40" wide at the "headlights", 35" long on the sides. All welded together and painted with high-heat paint except for the grill plate.

I know that this one has been remixed and such a lot, but figured I'd throw my version up here since it is a public file. I made it so that the grill grate could be added or removed after it had all been assembled. No bent sides. Wide enough to fit in a harbor freight brake for the grill grate. 3D modeled it in solidworks from the ground up with the original as just inspiration. I make all of my fire pits from 10 ga, so that is what this file is setup for. Makes it fairly easy to move around but still hold up to the heat. Good ratio.

It won't let me attach the step file. But I have it if anyone needs it. No SVG.

Looks great. What gauge steel you use?

Thanks

Edit:
I noticed the bend in the grill in your photo looks off from what's shown in the design. Is this because the steel bent at the slot instead of the middle of the brake? Or did you do that intentionally?
Do you think trying to put it less far in the break would make it not bend at the slot?

I had trouble with the bend. Lol. I actually had the tooling at about 1" past the slot. But my swag brake bent it there anyway. I need some more shallow angle iron to put in my brake so that it isn't as deep. Perhaps even a few pieces of angle. Just part of the learning curve. I don't use my swag press brake very frequently, need to find more projects for it.

I use 10 ga for all of my pits.

Cut this out today . The file cut great but the grill without the legs is not needed. NEED to cut the grill with the legs 2 times and the side with legs 2 times. the side without legs don't cut nor the grill without legs.

There are so many iterations :)

Would anyone have this design with the 19" sides 3/16" plate that they would share? DXF?
