Do you see the color of your name? It changed from gray to Purple, that means you are a member with all the perks that come with membership.

You need to share a few files, then you will be a "Contributing Member"

I did not become an "Elite Contributing Member" until I shared a few files!
Had posted a lot of comments before that!

Contributing means you paid $20. Elites are people selected by the admin for contributing their help on the forum. This could be in artwork or technical assistance.
Contributing members are able to access the contributed files. Some contests run by advertisers are only available to Elites.
