Here it is with the some slight editing to close the open paths, remove several crossovers, and join/link to remove all intersections.

I like the yellow color - it really pops! I opened your dxf and it looks like this. So it is not quite "cut ready".
What program did you use to create your file? And what file did you start with? Let me know and perhaps I can give you a few pointers.

my bad saved it as r12 try this one. i dont use dxf just svg files in inkscape.
