Why don't you take a stab at it and show us what you come up with. This will provide a better learning experience for you than if I do it for you. Be sure to ask if you get stumped or have questions.

Took a few minutes to try my hand at bridging some of the parts for your pit. Needs more work before it could be cut as there are still drops, mostly around the wheels but is this basically what your going for?

Looks like this one might have been cut with an outside offset judging by the pierces.

Maybe you fixed that on your second try.
On the grille, maybe the kerf is too wide for the artwork. I'm not sure what gauge you are using, but a fine cut nozzle may help. Or thicken the areas around the grille to prevent burn through. Also a good idea to locate pierces near the wider parts of the cut so it doesn't weaken the already thin areas.

Nice work! As was suggested, if you are using Hypertherm with duramax torch try the FineCut consumables for a narrower kerf width and less heat into the part. The FineCuts are great for detailed work. They are intended for cutting 10 ga. and thinner steel. What thickness are you using?

This looks like a pretty awesome looking design but neither Corel or Inkscape would open it properly. Anyone having luck with this design?

I opened it with DE. It looks like the cut paths with lead-ins and rapid moves are all included. I could try to clean it up, but not sure how much to delete.

I think you've got your file names reversed. The one you call "A_Model_KW_CUT_.dxf" looks like cut paths (tool paths), and the newer one you call "A_Model_KW_CUT_toolpath.dxf" is the drawing file. Of course they are both in dxf format.

I opened your newest file, edited to remove crossovers, etc. - and saved as shown below.
This is a good looking file and will cut fine.
Thanks for sharing your work.
