I actually threw in the wrong file.
I use a basic CAD program to get my shapes and general configurations drawn up, then use DesignEdge to add"gingerbread"
Here is the version that I actually meant to attach

I drew it two ways.
One way for the metal-monger (me) which takes a little more welding but less material,
and another version that will only need the fascia bracket welded on.
UI figured since it needs welding, might as well save a few $ clams$ in extra materials since my labor is so cheap (free)

!! Also, please note!!, that the bracket is for a pitched fascia, which came out level for this application.
It would very likely need to be modified to make it work wherever it may be attached.
I also modified my bracket a little in the final version after I put it into the design edge software and added a few more screw holes as well as a little more bracket width as opposed to my prior DXF post above

I attached the version as per the picture below..

Nice file Tim! I'm not sure if the extra small circles are intentional (or not). I figured they were just some leftovers you forgot to delete.

No, they showed up when I exported them from designedge, and were like 8" round. I deleted them and didn't notice the lil'' buggers glitched back in there. They were not in the PCM file when I burned the one out in the Op (Original Picture LOL!!) They only showed up in the DXF export file for some reason... Advanced DesignEdge glitch maybe??

Actually the "glitched" circles are rare but not unusual when moving files from designedge to a different program. i sometimes sheetcam files from designedge to compress the file smaller and have had the circles appear after the conversion. it is like an arc has decided to complete its own circle without human interaction.

I am on the house computer (non designedge), but I think this is the correct file. I save everything in a cloud service and cannot open designedge on this PC.

Yep, I get that once in a while too. There is still a small one in Davids's version under the leaf's on intact (bottom) feeder bracket, but it is not on the cut apart one in the same file.. Glitch Im thinkin' .

OK. I just didn't see the other small, and I thought the larger one was intended to be there. Here it is with all 5 circles removed. Exported from Design Edge as dxf.

Tim - I opened you pcm file and it has the 5 extraneous circles. So unless deleted before export, they will still be there in the dxf file. So no Design Edge "glitch" in my opinion. These may be artifacts from your process of importing the various files into Design Edge for editing. I would need to see your original source files to check. But in any case, there are easy to edit out. Here is the pcm and dxf with the circles removed.

It burned fine. The picture with the finished product hanging on the fascia came off of my machine and no holes or weird circles in the cut, nor is it in my screenshot of the file opened in AutoCad Trueview (see black and white screenshot above) so I don’t know.. Thanks for looking at it and fixing it. It was a fun little project. I haven’t updated my Advanced designEdge in a few years. So maybe it needs a spanking from mama in Colorado (aka PlasmaCam Support.

Hummingbirds don't like the mixture you buy. Here is the homemade recipe. Heat 1 cup of water to the boiling point, add 1/4 cup of regular sugar.
Stir until well dissolved. Let cool before putting in the feeder. This mixture is good for 4-5 days in cooler weather, but change every 3 days in hot weather or it framents and is hard on the bird.

I use the same recipe, only I don't heat the water. Just add the sugar to tap water and stir until dissolved. I've been doing it that way for years.

Your welcome. Glad u can use it. Please be mindful that the bracket, where it attaches to the wall or fascia is set up for my homes fascia pitch, so unless you have a 4 on 12 pitch the bracket will not be level. It would likely need to be modified a bit..

Here is a flat wall version of that hummingbird feeder or for a vertical post or wall.
I have been meaning to do this or a while now, but life seemed to keep getting in the way.. LOL!!
Well here it is.. Hope some of you can use it!!
Please post up a pic here if you burn one.....

Also, I detect no circle anomalies on my end as some did in the prior pitched version.. so hopefully everything is ok as you open it up.

I included he version that is in pieces so that there is an option to save a little material for nesting purposes. And materials were skyrocketing in price back when I originally postd tis file. I burned the one in the OP (Original Picture LOL!) and tac welded it together because I had a remnant that it fit on in pieces, I figured that I would be welding the bracket on anyway, so I cheaped out and used the remnant and put it back together to save a few clams
