Powermax 45XP voltage divider failure

Post by Cujofever »

I'm using a powermax 45XP with an Avid Pro Plasma CNC. The torch height control in this system is a warprunner. Voltage in Mach 4 while the machine was cutting displayed ~2 Volts. Hypertherm instructed me to check resistance at pins 5 and 6 on the 14 pin connector and JP17 connection on the main board. Both voltage dividers have failed. Cost to replace the main board is >$1000. Does anyone make a 50:1 external voltage divider compatible with the XP45? Thanks for your help!
