Powermax 45 blowing air straight through.....

Fired up my plasma table tonight and immediately noticed a weird noise. air was coming out of my torch. I removed the torch from the cutter and air was blowing straight through. I thoroughly cleaned the filter bowl, but nothing has changed. Do I have a blown filter regulator? If not, what is this thing doing. Thanks in advance!

If air is coming out when it isn't cutting, I'm guessing the air valve inside is bad.

Potentially a bad solenoid. Is you machine displaying any error messages or codes?

what amperage was set?

if the amperage set knob was turned all the way down then it does blow air out so you can set the cutting air pressure correctly under flow
