Hypertherm HT2000 manual start

Hi,

I have a ht2000 partial collection. I dont have a IHS console, Timer cntr, Gas console, Motor valve console, Remote V/C. I have a torch with leads and RHF console

I want to start plasma without any Machine computer interface and listed above console`s.

Can anyone help me... how correctly connect wires on plasma source, make bridge on some terminals!?

I want connect mechanical switch (on/off) on terminal 7-8. i want to use like a hand plasma.

at the moment when i press start button on plasma source, troubleshoot indicator no one led illuminate, just cpu coolers start working.

please help me.

Maybe get a copy of the service manual and study the schematics. These manuals usually have some pretty good block diagrams which may help to point you in the right direction.
