A friend is thinking about selling his Samson 510 table. He doesn't use it, and it is just taking up space in his shop. The software comes with several upgrades, but I do not know which ones he has activated. It also comes with a HyperTherm 45 plasma machine and machine torch.
Anyway, he sent me these photos a long time ago, and I lost them. so I asked him to send them again. Here is a creative way to give yourself LIMITED additional height for cutting pipe and square tubing! He flipped the end frame piece and mounted a length of angle iron as a support fence, and removed a few grate slats to give him the ability to nestle the steel inside of the grate slats. It is not the perfect solution, but it does allow him to cut square tubing that the Samson table could not otherwise cut without a rail lift kit.

Re: Creative Pipe Cutting Solution
I sure would like to buy his table, but I cannot afford it right now. I have too many "fires" to put out already.
