question on plasmacam - pci parallel port not functioning properly

Hello! can anyone help?

i have a windows 10 computer and dhc plasmacam, its currently loaded on an old windows xp laptop, but would like to use the newer computer with windows 10, i purchased the axxon kit, pcile card parallel port, and have pc 3.11 on it, the location of port is lpt3, hexadecimal address is 1160-1167? it detects the machine, and when i initialize it goes to home position and then humms till i stop it? wont run cut path and freezes? any help on this? thanks!
