Plasma cam control box issues
I sent in my Plasma cam control box in to Plasma cam 3 times in the past 2 months for the same issues, as requested via techs. The first 2 times they said they replaced board, which ussualy works. The last time they said they replaced the control box with a refurbished one. I just got the box back but it's the same case, as I have it marked, could they have put a refurbished box in my case? Have you heard of this???

That is what they usually do, change the internals of the case.
