Z and A axis on Wright CNC table not running

Post by PoppyWharton »

Good morning. First post here and hoping for a little help. My son recently purchased a Wright CNC table with the Hypertherm 45XP. After a lot of personal distractions (birth of a beautiful baby girl and a motorcycle accident which left him with a lot of road rash and a broken foot) we were able to complete the assembly and tried to fire it up yesterday. We debugged a few issues but are left with the slave axis (a) and vertical (z) not functioning at all. We were too late yesterday to get a call in to Wright so an email was sent. I'm sure we"ll get a response sometime today but thought I would throw this out there this morning. I'm 60 and brain dead when it comes to technology so if you can talk down to me and have any ideas for what we might have missed please chime in. I perused and searched the forum and have not seen this particular situation but noticed how helpful you all are. Thanks

It's great how James is just a phone call away. I love my Wright CNC 4x8 table.
