Another thing to check is make sure when wiring the thc that you are using the correct black wire that pairs with the various coloured wires. If they all become untwisted its impossible to tell which is which. You'll have to peel back the jacket to tell. Each black wire goes with a specific colour.

Yea i double checked checked the wires. I ended up unhooking it. I believe its the controller its self because when its turned off I can cut anything with no problems. I even had pricecnc help me go over everything and their clueless now lol. im going to get a different THC later on and go from there.
