DXF Import All Nodes Broken

Hello,
Using Inkscape 1.0.1 , When I import a file Deer in scope
post by cguethert, all the nodes are broken into two nodes. I have ran into this before. How can I fix this?

If you use the selecter tool and form a box around the whole image and then click on the path menu and go to combine and click on that it should connect all the nodes as one path.
