Creating wind spinners in inkscape
I was wondering if any of you guys could lead me in the direction of how to create wind spinners in inkscape. As in tutorials or videos I could watch. Trying to learn or see how the cut is repeated as it goes to the center of the material with equal spacing. Thanks for any info you could give me.
