Cutting holes at angles

We are going to be attempting to burn 13/16" holes for pickets in 1/2" bar at an angle.
Using a Hypertherm XPR 300
Any tips or input would be helpful.

Yikes! Never tried to do that although I have cut holes that look like that unintentionally :HaHa

You have to figure the thickness at the cut angle not the plate thickness when choosing cutting speed.

It's going to come down to some testing.
The software should take care of most of it, then we'll have to tweak it in.
