Attached is a SVG to get you in the ballpark and a dxf if you feel it's good to go.

Download Inckscape - Free Software - install - Open Inkscape - import file - Path - Trace bitmap -set to same parameters in screen capture - click ok
save as SVG or DXF or whichever format needed
