Issues with DXF file - Lines not connected?

My outside line is highlighted gray in Sheetcam. Has me thinking a line is not connected. I cant find out how to fix in Fusion 360 though. Any help greatly appreciated.

I don't see what you are talking about the outside of the bomb is one piece as shown in the attached image. I moved it to another layer in SheetCam and started an operation doing outside off set and you can see it is separate from the flames. To check if it is broken you click on the S icon in the upper left, you then can move the starting point anywhere on the layer. If it does not move the line is broken. SheetCam will show some parts in separate colors to show outside and inside parts of the drawing. In your original drawing if you use different colors for parts SheetCam will show them in different layers. I don't use Fusion so I cannot say why it is gray.

This appears to be a good clean file. I will import to Fusion 360 and let you know how it goes.

I imported your file to Fusion 360. The bottom is connected to the flames fine. Part of the flame would require some node editing/clean-up for compatibility with Fusion 360 (notice the part that did not extrude). But your file should be fine as-is for SheetCAM.
