Help with a dog portrait

I have a customer wanting a portrait of their dog done but i dont really mess with portrait's, mainly just draw parts up.I was hoping i could pay someone too convert one of these pics cuz i cant seem too get it right in inkscape and dont really have much time too mess with it. Let me know. Thank you
