Help Cleaning file and reducing nodes

I need help cleaning up this file to cut better i cannot get inkscape to clean up the nodes and there are way more than i think is needed. Any help cleaning this up or if anyone knows if there is any other programs that are better at this.

Thanks alot sheetcam liked that file alot more. What program and how did you end up reducing the nodes if you dont mind explaining

I did, in fact, use DesignEdge which for all practical purposes is a Plasmacam thing.

Other than joining a few messed up paths and deleting some open paths that were strung around, it was a pretty decent file.
