help with broken lines in dxf file

Hello, i just purchased a file from etsy. I imported it into Corel and i have so many broken lines....so many the file is useless to me. I've messaged the seller...but in the mean time can some one help me fix this?

The file is fine. The paths were just not joined. Here is the corrected file.

Joe, thank you so much! I tried to join them in Corel, but it doesn't work. Do you mind telling me what you did in case i need to do it again in the future?

The file was created with several open paths. I simply joined them to make closed paths.

If you have the file, I will delete the uploaded file so the seller can still sell it! You might also delete the file from the post above.

Since you most likely don't have access to Design Edge for your editing, the joining/linking can also be accomplished with several free or very inexpensive programs - namely Inkscape and/or LightBurn. If you would care to send me a PM with your original file, I will show you how to do this.

1: Import into inkscape
2: Immediately SAVE AS
3: choose "save as type:"Desktop Cutting Plotter (autoCAD DXF R12)(*.dxf)
4: import into Torchmate
Done..
Torchmate hates all other versions of DXF other than R12.. Free and fast and easy.

In my personal experience this is inaccurate information. Both versions (dxf R14 and dxf R12) import to TMCad just fine for me.
