Help with Cutting letters
We are trying to cut signs by cutting out the letter and leaving the background. Is there a font or function that will leave the center of the O and R ect. when the rest of the letter is cut out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

if all else fails, you can do it manually by drawing lines to connect the middle and the outside. I've had to do that a few times when someone wanted a certain font for their sign and it wasnt connected.

Really the best way folks is to just learn how to make any font plasma cutable. I realize there are some fonts out there that will work already but they are not what I would call a "suitable" font for most applications. I am attaching a .dxf of a sample that is cuttable and it did not take but about three minutes from start to finish.

There is a software CAD-KAS Font 2 DXF and G-code that I use that saves me lots of work.It cost but if you cut lots of signs it time saving.
