i am wondering if there is anyone out there that has any costom mail boxs designs or anything like that in dxf thanks alot

Do a "square to round" search in the board index. There is a post there with a file. Should be able to change the dimensions to what you need fairly easily.

360 DEG in 20 bends 360/20=18 deg. Thats pretty close for each. A little tweeking is needed due to each bend of the group of 5 are at differnt angles. That can be done by hand if you are just using sheetmetal.
