Ideas please

Hello everyone,

I am aware this image is copyright however I have no intention selling it. I would love to cut one for my basement. As well, I am not asking anyone for a dxf file for this design. I am just looking for some ideas as to the best way to cut this out of one piece of steel and still keeping the design integrity? Thanks in advance,

You could cut all the pieces and stand them off the wall that way you could paint or powdercoat each piece the proper color or you could draw a box aroud the image a scalop the corners leaving the letter off the bottom side and then paint the hockey player white and insert color behind the leaf sides.

Since each design piece is separate with no holes (except each letter A), they could all be cut out of one solid piece as holes, you'd just need to add bridges to connect the center of each letter A. The outer square would be solid, the design itself would be holes.

I did a quick drawing, it's just an idea. The slot for the maple leaf may need to be wider so you see more color but, like I said, it was quick just to give you an idea.

How do you get an entire image to show without scroll bars like that? Whenever I add an image attachment it always appears in a scrolling container, never tall enough.

Also, I clicked on your link and it didn't work, then clicked on mine and it didn't work either, apparently links are redirected through safehops.com which is apparently not working correctly.

This is how I would do it from one piece of steel. I used a little 'artistic license', but it still
looks very similar.

I print the dxf file as a pdf then save the pdf as a jpeg then just upload the jpeg. Seems to work.
