Converting to DXF..

Hello,, I recently downloaded a program called ReaConverter to convert Files / pictures over to DXF for my CNC machine..Well, after a Tune-up on my lap=top I was told that there was a Virus attached to it,, so I uninstalled it, didn't work very well to begin with.. Can someone Please recommend a Program that I can download & actually works well that doesn't cost a fortune ?? Thank You so much ,,,

Inkscape is free. Can't remember if saving as dxf (14) is an option or not - I save as SVG and then import into Sheetcam.
