convert a ribbon for me?

Hi,

Can someone make a vector of this ribbon or trace one similar to it? I tried almost every photoshop tut I could find, even tried to trace it by holding it up to a window then scanning it back in, just always looked rough afterwards. My hands are not smooth enough with the mouse to trace using photoshop
