Pheasant Coatrack

Post by azfabshop »

This is the file BrianMick made and I cut it for a auction for the National Wild Turkey Federation. The dinner's theme is "Our Hunting Heritage" so thats what they wanted on the plaque. I cut it out of 12ga and it was kinda thin for the hooks so I welded gussets inside to firm it up. Finished in Bill's Easy Torch and Dark Rust.

Very nice! I have a pheasant almost identical to the center one but with a lot more detail. Would you be interested in trading or are you going to post the design in DXF?

Thanks. Here is another pheasant in both DXF and pcm files. The 2 holes you can eliminate.

Thanks everyone! Rod I just cut down some small round tube I had in the steel pile that matched the length of 4 bolts I found in the hardware pile. The fact that I had 4 of the same length bolts made me go buy a lottery ticket..cause I was feelin pretty lucky!
