Samson 5x10 initializing issues

The machine worked great a few days ago. After a long cut I sent it to the home position and left it. Today, the dezign edge main window says the torch is disconnected where it would normally show the location of the torch head. When I try to initialize the machine it flashes the tall rectangle window on the left side that has the speed controlled. What I mean by flashes it it only shows up for less than half a second. After I command it to initialize I can freely move the torch around so I know it's no moving every very slow, which has also happened in the past.

Already fixed: tech support called and we figured out through the diagnostic option in the machine tab that I have a faulty stop button. A few technical taps on the stop button unjammed it.
