So I get a dxf from plasmaspider to use.
DXF download
try to import or open in Inkscape (works 5% of the time)
So i use Convertio to convert DXF to SVG
SVG comes out with lots and lots of extra nodes(argh)
Is there a better way? Am I missing something?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Converting DXF to SVG
When I have a problem with Plasma Spider DXF download file I open it with QCAD and then change the name like adding adding an A at the end and save it.
Then open that in Inkscape it work a large number of times. When you get a large number of nodes in a drawing in a download it is because of how it was drawn. If I convert a jpeg to path in Inkscape it has a acceptable amount of nodes. Some drawing programs have a very large number of nodes.
