I also wish that we'd had cnc plasmas or any cnc for that matter when I was in school. Glad to see kids learning this stuff in school. Very nice work guys. Can't wait to see more once you get used to the new machine. Congrats and good luck.

Thanks for the compliments. The students of the work I posted are pretty stoked. The cnc plasma cutter has definitely amped up the students projects. I originally intended on it being used by Metal II and Advanced, but the Metal I students just took off with it. I didn't want to deter them, plus my CAD classes are creating signs with it. There is not very much down time for it. We are still are having growing pains with warpage but we are getting a better grasp on it at least.

its nice to see schools spending money on the applied tech dept and not throwing it all away on sports and band. where is the school and what type of table/cutter
